After an absence of several years,
bacon and egg toasted sandwiches were
once again on sale at the Twinners’ Market
in Valence. Held on the final Saturday in
September 2014, there was no shortage of
customers either. Taken out in our van
were ninety eggs, sufficient rashers of
bacon to go with them, and many packets
of white bread for toasting.
